The Buster S2 Fish is a purpose-built aluminium fishing boat designed for 2-3 anglers on Finnish lakes and coastal waters. Its wide, stable hull lets you fish standing, critical for casting and working a lure precisely on weed edges where pike hold.
The dual-console layout keeps the cockpit clean and fishable. The front casting deck gives you a full 180° view of the water. MinnKota's GPS anchor holds the boat silently on a spot regardless of wind or current, so you can work a structure properly without constantly repositioning.
Fitted with a Garmin 10 with SideScan, DownScan you're not guessing where the fish are. Paired with the Yamaha 30HP four-stroke, the boat covers open water quickly and quietly shifts to trolling speed when needed.
Suitable for spinning, vertical jigging and slow trolling.
This boat can be optionally equipped with 2 Livescope systems for training and fishing competitions.

Bow-mounted MinnKota electric motor with GPS anchor and remote control. The motor is powered by its own 100 Ah battery and is used for silent movement, precise maneuvering in shallow water, trolling, GPS anchoring, fine positioning, and spot fishing in promising areas.

Garmin Echomap with 10-Inch Display. Large touchscreen with excellent underwater detail. Stores waypoints, routes, and track history. Displays fish, bottom structure, and underwater objects.
Greatly simplifies both fishing and navigation on the water.
Yamaha 30
Yamaha 30 HP four-stroke main engine, powered by 98-octane gasoline.

You want the most capable boat in our fleet. The Buster S2 Fish is our most substantial boat: widest hull, most stable platform, best wave-cutting ability. If you've fished from smaller boats and know what you were missing, this is the upgrade.
You care about how a boat is built. Everything on the Buster S2 is considered: casting platforms fore and aft, dedicated storage for tackle and gear, a clean dual-console layout. Finnish boatbuilding at its best, nothing excess, nothing missing.
You fish with LiveScope or want to learn properly. We specifically set this boat up for tandem LiveScope use: two rotators, two screens, two anglers working the sonar simultaneously. If you want to go beyond "trying" LiveScope and actually develop technique this is the platform to do it on. Both crew members are actively fishing and learning at the same time.
You're bringing family or a mixed group. Up to 4 passengers for coastal cruising and leisure. The dual-console layout and wide hull make it comfortable beyond fishing, a proper day on the water, not just a fishing trip.

What's the difference between the Buster S2 and the Linder 445?
The Buster S2 Fish is wider (1.82m vs 1.65m) and more stable in choppy conditions, better for fishing open bays and transitional areas.
The Linder 445 is lighter and more nimble in shallow bays and narrow inlets.
The Buster has a dual-console layout with more storage and a full front casting deck, while the Linder is more minimalist.
Both carry 2-3 anglers.
Choose Buster if stability and open-water performance matter most; choose Linder if you're fishing shallows and tight spots.
Do I need a boating licence to rent in Finland?
Finland does not require a formal boating licence for leisure motorboats. However, operating a 30HP engine requires basic practical experience with motorboats - you should be comfortable reading water, navigating with a chartplotter, and handling the vessel in wind. We provide a full briefing at handover covering the boat controls, safety equipment, navigation on the chart, and local waterway rules. Most experienced anglers are confident within the first hour.

The Buster S2 Fish handles well on large inland lakes - Lake Päijänne, Pyhäjärvi, Vesijärvi, and sheltered coastal sea areas in the Turku archipelago. We deliver within 200 km of Helsinki, which covers the best pike and perch waters in southern Finland. When you book, tell us your target area and cabin location. We'll suggest the best lakes based on the season and species you're after.

The rental includes the boat fully fuelled with a 20L tank (98-octane petrol), Fish finder active with charts, MinnKota GPS trolling motor with remote, life vests, bilge pump, rod holders, fishing seat, swim ladder, and a full handover briefing.
