This is a RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat - solid hull with inflatable sides), specially designed and equipped for fishing.
The boat is easy to maneuver, featuring power steering. It offers ample storage space.
The inflatable tubes are divided into sealed compartments. The boat remains afloat even if one compartment is damaged.

Yes, if you have experience operating a motorboat and a basic understanding of navigation principles. We will ask for verbal confirmation of your experience and provide a safety briefing.
Is there a fish finder or plotter on the boat?
Yes, the boat is equipped with an Elite 7' fish finder and GPS plotter that displays depth, bottom structure, and fish.

Is this boat suitable for beginner anglers?
Yes, the RiverBoats 430 RIB is perfect for beginners. It’s easy to handle, stable, steady, and safe. We also provide a brief safety briefing before you head out on the water. This boat is our favorite choice for 1–2 anglers.
Can I rent this boat with a trailer?
Unfortunately, no, we do not rent boats with trailers.
We deliver the boats ourselves to the rental location - for example, to cottages. This allows us to:
Check the reliability of the dock and storage conditions
- Find the nearest boat launch and ensure safe launching and retrieval
- Provide safety and handling instructions
- Assess the characteristics of the lake or body of water - depths, bottom terrain, presence of rocks
We used to offer “boat + trailer” rentals but experienced many cases of damage during transport or improper launching/retrieval. For your safety and ours, we discontinued this practice.
Is it allowed to operate the boat under the influence of alcohol?
For rented boats:
There is a strict zero-tolerance alcohol policy (0.0‰) when renting a boat.
Rental companies in Finland always include a clause prohibiting alcohol consumption while operating the vessel.
Violations may result in:
- Immediate termination of the rental agreemenе
- Full financial liability for any damages
- Possible fines or even criminal charges
For private boat owners:
In Finland, the legal blood alcohol limit for operating a private recreational vessel (up to 24 meters long) is up to 1.0‰.
However, even below 1.0‰, police may consider you unfit to operate if alcohol impairs your coordination, attention, or reaction.
These rules apply to all motorboats, including low-power boats.
